Clinical Trial Assistant (CTA)

Omega CRO is looking for a Clinical Trial Assistant (CTA) to support trial master file (TMF) management, site communication and administrative coordination within our clinical operations team.

You will be responsible for organizing clinical study documentation, tracking ethics committee and TİTCK submissions, meeting minutes and internal team communication. This is a strong starting point for building a career towards a CRA role.

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Biology, Chemistry, Nursing or a related health science
• Meticulous document management and organizational skills
• Good written English
• Proficiency in MS Office
