Established in 2019, Omega Genetics is Turkey's first and only dedicated clinical trial genetics laboratory. Our state-of-the-art facility provides comprehensive genomic and molecular analysis services specifically designed to support clinical research, biomarker discovery, and the growing field of personalized medicine.
Our integrated approach combines next-generation sequencing (NGS), whole-genome and whole-exome sequencing (WGS/WES), targeted gene panels, and liquid biopsy technologies with expert bioinformatics support. We translate complex genetic data into clinically meaningful outcomes that support patient stratification, companion diagnostic development, and regulatory submissions.
All workflows are validated under GCLP (Good Clinical Laboratory Practice) and ICH-GCP guidelines, with ALCOA+ data integrity principles ensuring audit-ready, regulatory-grade results accepted by FDA, EMA, and TİTCK.
